Privacy Policy — Innovation Leadership Assessor™

We collect survey responses, computed scores (global, lens, construct), and optional identifiers (name, email) only to generate results and—if configured by the owner—store outcomes in a Google Sheet controlled by Leaders of the New School. We do not sell data or share it with third parties. Data is retained for research and benchmarking purposes and can be deleted upon request. For access, correction, or deletion, contact hello@leadersofthenewschool.nl.

Data collected: survey answers, scoring outputs, timestamps, optional name/email.

Use of data: produce feedback reports; aggregate analysis; improve the assessment.

Storage: private Google Sheet / internal systems controlled by Leaders of the New School.

Legal basis: legitimate interests in leadership development and research.
