I find it hard to have a solid opinion about the pros and cons of remote working. I understand the positions of each one with an opinion but it’s hard to come to a solution that pleases everyone.

We weigh the joys of solitude at home
Against the hum of commerce face to face;
For studies show how tender minds may roam
When freed from office clang and hurried pace.

Yet synergy thrives where shared voices ring,
Where chance encounters stoke inventive fires;
The neighbor’s laugh, the subtle guiding string,
A casual word that kindles new desires.

And still, at home we guard our treasured time,
Unspooling tasks in hush of private ground;
We lose the weary drive through urban grime,
Yet bear the hush where isolation’s found.

Between these worlds, we trace a fragile line,
To glean the best from both—and so refine.
