I strongly believe innovation is a must-do for any organization to keep its relevance. I also strongly believe corporates are not necessarily very competent in setting up a value adding innovation practice.

In shadowed halls where weary echoes lie,
The corporate heart once mighty grows subdued;
To dodge the slow descent where ventures die,
Fresh spirit must by daring be renewed.

Then from the morn, a start-up’s hopeful flame
Burns bright against the tarnished corporate wall;
Their youthful zeal, unbound by fear or shame,
Revives dull minds, and lifts the sagging hall.

Old wisdom stirs when sparked by brash design,
As synergy impels each soul to dare;
In blossoming ideas, the two combine,
Breathing new life into our gathered care.

So must we court the winds of change each day,
Lest old ambition’s glow should fade away.
